First time I have been here and the service was great! I found that they could have been more active in the ordering process for... a customer that has never been there before. I had no idea what to order and the interaction for a new customer wasunderwhelming. However, the food was amazing and so delicious! They also have many "grocery store" items including gluten freeproducts. Very responsive to anything I asked but maybe they need to look at a way to be more inviting or suggestive for newcustomers. The decor definitely feels authentic, and the food more so; ordered a burrito after carefully inspecting the menu to see if... tomatoes and onions came with it, they do, even though they aren?t listed. Burrito was okay, chimichangas were very tasty. Therewas nobody in the joint when we entered, but the floors were quite dirty and there was not a clean table in sight. Read more
It gets one star because clearly ownership has failed to understand how to properly run a restaurant. We were in at 6 on a... Saturday, and there were these two young girls, kids really, running the whole show. It took over an hour to get our food, andthese two kids had to deal with a deluge of orders and angry customers. At one point they had to call the owner to figure outhow to refund money. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful to put a couple kids in that position. If it were my business I wouldhave been there to support them, or close for the night. Allowing this to happen is disrespectful to your staff anddisappointing to your customers.
