My husband and I found this gem a few months ago. The other comments about the interior is ridiculous. I think the restaurant... has a welcoming vibe. It may not be fancy, but I enjoy seeing the hummingbird art. I believe this is a family owned place. Thefood is really good and the wait staff has always been polite to us. This is such a cute find! I can't believe I only just discovered it! Don't let the kind of work interior deter you, this place... has great food! I got a spinach and feta inlet with hash browns- for the sidd they let me do the red velvet pancakes (that'sreally what I wanted anyhow) and they were amaaaaaaazing! My dad got regular pancakes with some really thick bacon and he saidhis were the best pancakes he ever had! It was fairly empty at 11am on a Friday, and the food came quickly. Food was tasty for a really good price. We ordered the tuna salad, and the hummingbird breakfast which includes hash browns,... eggs, your choice of meat and your choice pancake or toast. Hummingbird Restaurant offers delicious food and good service in a clean environment. We LOVE their Sunday creamy chicken and... rice soup served with garlic toast. They offer free refills on the bowls of soup. See in the pic my hubby has it with hisbreakfast. He can?t resist it. I felt like a good pub burger and wondered if they would be good here- everything else we?vetried has been yummy. Wow! Delicious 1/2 lb burger with fries and it came with a bowl of soup! Service is good. Some remodelinghas happened during their off time and servers seat tables apart and wear masks, so you know if you wonder about that sort ofthing this year.
