Ordered a Rueben, It didn?t have sauerkraut on it and it didn?t have thousand Island on it.Also got mushrooms and wasn?t given... any ranch with them either. If you?re going to have kids work the kitchen they should know what they?re doing. Clearly theydon?t.Total waste of time and money. Read more
We tried to place the order online, it didn?t go through so we called. They had the order when we called, thank God. We went in... and pairs and THEN they started the order. So, we sat down waiting to be called up to get the food. That didn?t happen for about1/2 an hour. I go up to see how long and it?s sitting in the bag under the heat lamp. For such a small storefront, it's REALLY big inside, and charming, too. If you are in the area and miss Jack Straw's in Downtown... Wheaton, this should satisfy that craving. Staff was nice. Fries tasted like McDonald's before they stopped using beef tallow,so I was happy. Grilled cheese was solid. Hot dog worth the price and toppings very fresh, though I am bummed that mine fell outall over the bottom of the bag cuz it was wrapped with fries. Read more

I have been going here on and off for a couple of years now. My wife and I decided to go and get 2 chili cheese dog's (which the... cheese was an additional .65 cents for each dog on top of the $4.19 they charge for the chili dog) and 2 of their soup fordinner. The soup & hot dogs were both luke warm. Never got the cheese with neither of the hot dogs. I really don't no whathappened to this place but it really went down hill! They apologized and gave me a gift card for my 2- chili dogs but wowhorrible food. Read more
