Apparently you cant order delivery and pay with a card, without using the app now. But your app doesn't work. And I have to... enroll in text and email alerts as well, just to sign up????????????? guess I won't be ordering from here anymore. Beggars itis!!! Its sad that you force a person to download an app which after 30min still won't let me log in...well you lost a customerfor it. Glad to mark you as spam for the 4 emails I already received. It seems like every time I order from here they forget something, or get something wrong. Last time I ordered a 2 litter of Dr.... Pepper with my pizza. I get a call saying they're out of Dr. Pepper, I ask what they have and was told Pepsi and Mt. Dew. Myorder is delivered and I get a 2 litter of Diet Pepsi. So I call and they were like I don't know why you were told Pepsi we'reout of that. Employees need to know what items you have and don't have! Read more

my family usually has their pizza delivered, but today we dined in. the staff was very unprofessional, making fun of my family... We dined in at the Winfield location this evening (8/5/21). We were very impressed with the pizza and the overall... experience. The pizza was made to perfection! It had the perfect amount of sauce (we love the sweet sauce) and otheringredients. Mike P. makes a GREAT pizza! We used to live near the original location in Homewood, so needless to say, wehave high expectations. The pizza tasted just like Joe made it back in the day! We had exceptional service. Our server(Christina) was very attentive and friendly. All the other team members were also friendly. It takes a great team of peopleto run restaurant smoothly. Ordered pizza delivered from here for a party - 3 fiestas. The pizza arrived 30 minutes late, room temperature and one of the... pizzas were wrong. I paid over $105, so I called to let them know about the problems. They said they would remake them IF Ibrought all 3 back in. I reminded them that I had it delivered for a party, I can't drive over there and they said I could wait2 hours until they had available drivers. I said that wouldn't work either and they said please wait and put me on hold.. Theynever came back (waited like 20 minutes while doing other things). Fine, whatever - if that's the game they want to play they'velost customer of 15 years and get a bad review. Plenty of other good pizza places around. Read more
