Staff is usually very friendly. Biggest issue is if you go there within 1 to 2 hours of closing they are always out of any... bakery items. I do understand selling out of of donuts but they also will tell you they shut the ovens down so you can?t getanything that requires the oven either. Why do you shut the ovens down before closing? Went to this dunkin last Sunday to get my usual. Medium cold brew with caramel and cream. When I received it the flavor was off... and there was only a few ice cubes. I brushed it off thinking it must be because they were busy and just a fluke. No biggie. Iwent again to this location yesterday (a Thursday) to order my usual again. Got the exact same thing. The flavor was off andagain only a few ice cubes. By the time I took a picture of my drink ten minutes later, all the ice cubes had melted. I think Imight give up on this location. Read more
They are the friendliest Dunkin around, love the staff. My dogs love the treats at the drive up, they get a little disappointed... when they stick their heads out and don't get a treat. But coffee there is always the perfect way to start out my day, or amiddle if the day puck me up! Read more
They screw up my coffee (that I order the same everyday) and blame me for screwing up. I?ve worked in a drive through before!... These kids need to drop there attitude and get some respect! Changed my rating to a one star after the girl took my order on 4/30/21. She was hardly responsive, sounded bored and bothered... to be taking the order. Last few time I have felt the drive thru etiquette horrible. Short answers, unfriendly, botheredteenagers is all you see working there. Read more
Club Dunkin. ordered online from home drove up there, just to observe loud music blaring and inattentive workers ignoring the... order sitting idle waiting for someone to notice. Will drive to other nearby locations. I'm all for someone enjoying their work,but the work still has to get done. obviously lacking supervision at night. Read more
