I was the only one in line at the drive thru and specifically said I did NOT want Lettuce on 2 of the 4 Cheesy Goodies Crunches... and easy spicy sauce. Finally received my order and did not get a receipt. But the kids at the window said he marked the 2 itemswith E-Z, so I could differentiate them. Got on the highway and broke one open to eat on my way home to Hobart and needless tosay, they were ALL identical. Immediately tried calling the location 3 times to let them know they destroyed my order, only tohave them not answer the phone. I WOULD NOT recommend the Winfield, Indiana location. VERY unsatisfied! Idk who took my order but they are the friendliest and most polite person I?ve ever talked to at a drive through. Asked what I... wanted to drink, told her I?d like the strawberry lemonade and she said what a fantastic choice lol, little stuff like that.Honesty it put a smile on my face after a long long week on Friday. Terrible support, My and my sons had to walk over to this establishment because my wife took the car. We walked over through the... drive through and asked if we can order. Multiple employs watched us and ignored us standing there. We eventually get anemployee to talk to us and take our order. It took forever for our food and then once we did we were missing half ofit. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. My children deserve better. Read more

Sorry for the long review but this is very much needed I was on my way to work my midnight shift and decided to stop for some... food tonight 05/01/22. It was a little after 9:40pm. This was my first time visiting this location. I was amazed! My order takerwas extremely polite, knowledgeable, and energetic. I proceeded to the window to pay after verifying my order and the amazementcontinued. There were two other ladies alongside my order taker, and they were so nice and full of smiles. They even did alittle awesome performance for me to start my night on a fantastic note. I told them that they were awesome and how I lovedtheir personalities. I had to come back within less than 3 minutes after accidentally spilling my drink and they were extremelyhelpful and caring by providing me with napkins and a refill. We for sure need more people like them within customer service.This was by far the best customer service I have received. Keep it up ladies! Never stop being the amazing ladies you are! Usually decently made food at this location. The only thing ive had bad are their nacho fries. They are consistently served... old and soggy. Not crisp. You pic one up and it flops over. Don't serve old fries plz. Shouldn't have to ask someone to remakeit everytimee. Read more
