I don't know what it is but every time you go here you're going to be waiting at least 30 or 40 minutes for a sub. The place... could not even be busy and yet you're still going to wait if you go through the drive-thru or order online. I've tried thecurbside, but after 20 minutes of waiting they never came out after pressing I'm here on the app. And going through thedrive-thru is at least a 15-minute ordeal if you're the only one in line, if there are people ahead of you then you're going tobe waiting a while, like 15 minutes per car in front of you. Not even that but the sandwiches are just made sloppily. I knowthey're having trouble hiring people, but at this point I feel like they should just shut down this location. Read more

I usually don't complain about the food, I realize it's "fast food" not gourmet food. So why in the world does it cost so damn... much? It cost nearly 50$ to get 3 meals from subway for myself and my two sons....3 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips and 3 sodas costme 43$. Why????????? Subway is ok but not at that price. When I asked the manager why it was so expensive she told me that'sjust the way it is. SMH. Read more

Clean, pleasant design, friendly, smart staff, who remembers individual customers! Fast, efficient service. An excellent range... of options, for their area of specialty. They have something for everyone who likes sandwiches. Even for my super particularhusband (anyone got a kid like this?) ????, and very allergic persons. I'd have given them 5 stars, but their DoorDash andonline menus don't allow for a few options they have for call in take-out. Read more

TERRIBLE service. I ordered online for a curbside order and spent half my lunch just waiting to receive the food. The point of... ordering curbside is to get the order faster which I did not. I then had to proceed to the drive thru and wait behind othersthat I had ordered before because no one brought the food out after I waited 15 minutes. Read more

I've had good experience and bad experience with this location. Tonight was hands down the worst. Ordered on the app, supposed... to be ready by 5:50, got there right on time. Order was not on the stand so I waited. The family ahead of me believedthemselves to be the only customers in the restaurant. I was not acknowledged for 10 minutes, then I told the girl my order wassupposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. After rummaging around through several tickets she finally found mine and started makingit. The male employee was all over the place, apparently thinking he had to be in everyone's business. My sandwiches satbeeping in the toaster 10 times before someone finally pulled them out...crispy. The young man started to do the vegetables onmy sandwiches then totally abandoned them to go convince the other family that they needed to buy cookies. The girl who hadstarted my order had to step in and finish it and the male employee was completely oblivious to the fact the girls were runningaround trying to keep things together in his chaos. I hoped to tell him how frustrated I was but was given my order before hefinished selling cookies. I left a full 20 minutes after arrival with burnt sandwiches and ready to blow my top. Read more

This is a very nice Subway location. The reason for a 4-star rating this evening was because they were training new people... (which is Wonderful!), but they got slammed with drive-through & in-store walk-in folks like us at the same time. And had nothad a chance to keep up with cleaning the tables in the dining room or cleaning etc around the beverage machine in the diningarea. But the young man who made our sandwiches was Very nice & did a great job. ???? Read more

I had a six sub order, and when I got home i realized that several of my subs didn't have cheese on them, and I noticed earlier... in the week my sandwich didn't have cheese. So I called them and asked them about it. I wasn't trying to get anything free, ormake a big deal, I was simply trying to let them know that there might be a problem with their app. The lady that answered thephone was short, and I felt like she took everything personal. She was quick to hang up on me. Just not a good experience,considering it's usually top notch!!!!! Read more
