The restaurant was good. The poor service was related to the McDonald's app for Android. The app is terrible. It always asks... me to select a country and when I select US it says it will have to load other. It always says a breakfast product (sausagebiscuit) is not available when it is if you go inside. I have been going to this McDonald?s for several years and for the most part have always been satisfied. I don?t expect total... perfection because we all make mistakes due to how busy the restaurant can get at times however within the past few years it isbecoming more common for orders to be incorrect or unsatisfactory. With Covid now interfering with costs and service I havebeen forgiving and just take it as a part of the hardships many restaurants are having. My biggest complaint is that the pricesseem to continue to go up but the amount of food/quality go down. It?s not so much the food but for instance the coffee. Ihave always gotten my coffee at McDonald?s. A large coffee with 7 creams. This makes the coffee a light caramel color which isperfect. Recently, however, I have to ask for 8 creams to get the same results. This is an indicator that they?re cutting backon creamer no matter what you ask for. What made me angry this morning is that coffee has gone from $1.06 a few years ago up to$1.99 for a large coffee. I don?t think one more pump of the creamer is going to bankrupt McD?s. Now what really makes meangry is the fact that I ordered a large coffee with 8 creams and when I removed the lid the cup wasn?t close to being full! Ipay $1.99 for a large coffee and they can?t fill up the cup? Even with less coffee the creamer in my coffee was still not whatI asked for. I think $1.99 is very high for a large coffee but I at least expect a full cup of coffee! Had the line not beenexcessively long I would have handed the coffee back and asked to have it filled to the proper level. Plus would have asked for4 ?to-go? creamers. Our paychecks stay the same and the prices of food continues to rise! It?s getting harder for people tobuy food anymore. All I ask is just give the customer what they ordered. If they?re going to continually raise the price thenat least give us the appropriate amount of drink and food. Read more
