I'm so glad our subway in Winfield is open and staffed. However, there was a family of 3 ahead of me as well as two men. The... lady was working fast and taking care of a family of 3 with a big order. The older gentleman who was waiting in the otherfamily if 3 was very nice but talked to the family the girl was waiting on and the 3 he was waiting on, carrying on longconversations about his family and the customers family while letting their sandwiches just sit there. It took me exactly 28minutes for him to wait on the 5 people in front of me. I was really wanting a sub or I would not have waited that long. Read more
Don?t come here unless you want to be treated badly. On the website and on the sign on their door it says they close at 8pm now.... I came in at 7pm and this ginger haired man stopped me and asked if i had a pick up order. When i replied no, he proceeded totell me that they are closing now and that i should probably leave. Those were his exact words. Tip: Don?t have a sign up thatsays you close at 8, but then be rude to someone for coming in an hour before you are closing. It was uncalled for. Was always good until recent visits. App wouldn't work, no one would answer. Drove down to be told he had been alone all day, no... time to bake bread, when we finally got our orders, things were missing from all 4 sandwiches. There has been a deterioration inaccuracy and service over the last few visits. It is always blamed on understaffing. Love the sandwich, just may have to findsomewhere else to get it. Sad. Read more

terrible experience. i ordered online and when i arrived home i realized my sandwich was made wrong. they did not give me a... receipt with my order. i drove all the way back and told the girl my sandwich was made wrong to which she asked me how. when itold her there was multiple veggies on it she insisted that i ordered them. she told me there was nothing she could do and wasincredibly rude until i insisted she remake me a new one. on top of that, i ordered three cookies and she only gave me two. veryrude girl with black hair in a ponytail. very unprofessional.
