Was ordering my lunch , and a worker with bleach blonde hair was eat a hamburger over top of the French area with no regards to... food safety, this needs to be addressed with the staff as I don't want someone's food dropped in my fries. The food was not worth what I paid for it. I would not recommend this Wendy's to anyone.
The guy running the register tonight is amazing he went above and beyond. Heard us having a conversation about hot sauce and... brought my husband out what he recommended without being asked. He was very friendly to our large group as we stopped here tobreak along our road trip. Read more

Sadly Google doesn't let you give a 0 star rating, which is an overstatement. Got to the window and after giving the guy my... first meal (not order, first sandwich meal) then out of nowhere, without saying a word, turns his headset off and leaves thewindow for a good 4 minutes or so. Comes back with even more hearing issues than the first 10 minutes of the time it took toorder $25 worth of food. Say I would like a baked potato with all the fixings (I literally named every item I wanted in thepotato) to which he responds "and what would you like on the potato". I am sorry to have to write this negative review but this used to be my favorite Wendy?s location to order drive through food... since I rarely eat in and always take food home to my family. The past several times I?ve ordered a Dave?s single hamburger, nota cheeseburger but they always have cheese! I am always redundantly saying hamburger with NO CHEESE. I do not like to stop andopen up my sandwiches to look if they are made accurately, mainly because I want to keep them hot for my 20-30 minute drivehome. There has been a few other problems with mixed up orders, & cold fries, but the hamburgers with 2 slices of melted cheeseare the worst, as no one at my home likes nor eats cheese. It?s very hard to take off 2 pieces of melted cheese to make itedible. My other reviews will reflect that I rarely give a negative review unless it?s truly warranted. I?m also sorry to reportthe manager usually working at the time of my mix ups is Rex. I?m sorry to list the name but possibly it will help this locationto better check the accuracy of their customers orders. I?m hoping to prevent others from buying and taking home food they donot want, nor ordered, and cannot eat. Managers please start checking the drive through and the ?to go? orders for yourcustomers. I believe that?s the best way to prevent mix ups. In the future I will be using the Teays Valley Wendy?s. Again, I?msorry for such a negative but honest review. Read more
