Very friendly staff,had the seafood i needed, they have a large selection of fish,they also carry oysters, mussels, shrimp, blue... crab (live). I went in for the first time a couple of days ago. The restaurant is closed indefinitely. The fish were fresh and they had a... nice selection and the market is clean. I made my purchase and asked for them to be fileted. I was told them would bring it outto my car. I was the only customer and I had purchased 4 fish total. I figured the order should be ready in 10 minutes. Afterwaiting about 20 minutes I went in to see what the hold up was. They said they were almost finished. I went back to my car andafter 10 more minutes I was becoming quite perturbed. I am a lifelong fisherman and I know how long it takes to filet 4 fish. Iwent back in and waited another 5 minutes and finally I was handed the order. So I get home and the fish were partiallyfileted. What the deuce? The fish had been scaled and the sides cut off. This is not a filet! To filet a fish, the sides areremoved and the skin with scales is removed. I could have done those filets in about 2 to 3 minutes per fish. These 4 fish costme $49 and a lot of aggravation. Read more
Best fresh seafood I have found in this area, hands down! Well worth the drive for me.
I just had boiled crawfish from here and it was amazing. I?m from Louisiana and it?s hard to find good boiled seafood around... here. Well, we don?t have to look anymore. They will be my go to when I need a good boiled seafood fix. Can?t wait to try theboiled shrimp next time. The owner are awesome also. Very friendly and accommodating. Read more
