Was not happy! Went in for "2 can dine for $10" deal, sounds good, right? Wrong, the counter person informed me the did not have... that deal available, even though there was a huge poster in the front window advertising this deal & there is a currentlyrunning television commercial offering the same. I was then shown a collection of coupons with other 2 can dine deals, one ofwhich I chose. For $17.99 (20.20 with tax) I received two almost inedible box meals consisting of small fry, small salad, adrumstick which was so thinly battered it was missing in places, and a sandwich in which the very thin filet was so hard and dryit was almost painful to chew. I am very disappointed as KFC has been a long-time go to for me, as I can usually expect a tastygood quality meal from them, probably going to be quite some time before I decide to go back. If ever. As i was standing in line, i observed a young person waiting on customers ahead of me. The way the senior staff treated, and... talked to this young lady was totally deplorable. Not much wonder they can't keep help. If they were training her, do it withprofessionalism. Read more

Place was very messy pop leaking all over the floor in at least 3 buckets overflowing onto the floor. The manager was training a... worker but she keep saying tell them we did good.
