Unfortunately the reason I didn't give a higher rating is because they are never open the hours they say they are. Today we... rushed in to eat there and hour before closing and they were already closed another time we went to go in they were closed thatday at random. I called to make a reservation and the lady on the phone said "we will try to have a spot for you", I asked if the time I was... wanting was already booked and the reply was "well, I just don't know how busy we will be at that time" my reply was "well,there will be 6 of us for sure". When we got there, they didn't have a table for us - she never told anyone I even called! 4adults and 2 children were squished into a booth with 2 chairs on the end to "accommodate" us. Waitress was not friendly, thefood wasn't hot, the food (1 breakfast, 2 wraps, kids pancakes, kids fish and chips, and a burger) took almost 40 minutes tocome to us and we didn't enjoy the food we received. All around amazing food and great service, so much that my boyfriend and I are there every weekend. Though this past weekend we... had a new waitress we have not had before, we took our seats and she asked us what we?d like to drink and if we were ready toorder our food. We asked for a couple more minutes which was all good. But she did not come back to take our order. We sat therefor 30 minutes waiting. There were at least 3 new customers walk in after we got there and they all got their order taken beforeus, even the people sitting right next to us. She was not wearing a name tag. Kind of ashamed to admit this is the first time I've been here being I live in Wingham but it was well worth the wait! VERY... generous portions, reasonably priced, clean atmosphere, great service and the quality of the food was excellent! The only reasonI've taken 1 star away from being a perfect 5 star review is because of how hard the 2 staff members were being worked. Therewas only 1 waitress tending to the whole dining area and she was doing a fantastic job keeping up with all the traffic andorders flying in. There was also only 1 cook... Reasonably busy, yet fast and very friendly service. Was checked on 4 or 5 times during my visit to see if I needed anything. ... Food was great, plentiful and hot. It's a little on the higher side for price, which is not a complaint, just for others info. The amount of food and today's economy are consistent with the price.
