I like how consistent each restaurant is with everything from taste, how the food is presented and portions. It's my favorite... place for a bite to eat on my lunch breaks. I will say that the entire franchise needs a face-lift and by that I mean fullrenovation inside and out. The restaurant I go to regularly has wobbly and sticky tables due to the varnish coming off fromfrequent sanitization. Another thing to mention is the cost. Even before the world wide inflation the prices were high. I canget the same combo (bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and drink) for the same price if not cheaper at a fancy restaurant. HoweverI am grateful for the coupons that come out quite often in the mail and app as that helps to lower the cost if what I want isoffered on them. Read more

Fries and burgers were good, but the chicken burger was undercooked and raw in the middle. Service was also very slow.
Multiple times at drive through, we have had items missing like missing burgers or fries. Make sure you check your order... accuracy before you leave the parking lot! Good teen burgers but they need to be more careful and check for order accuracy! Read more
