This was the worse customer service I have ever experienced in this town, me and my fiancé planned to go together but I went in... first to reserve a table and I?m not white but he is, so they looked at me like I didn?t belong there, felt really racist. The customer service here was sub par at best. Ended up getting the wrong order and was nice enough to drive back and return it,... only to be blamed for it being apparently my mistake and not the business for lack of confirmation on the order being correct.Sad customer service and pretty disappointed the experience couldn't have been handled better. I've worked in retail and neverhave I argued with customers, usually you do what's necessary to make it right and accept blame regardless of whose fault,that's just business. I am from out of town and was staying in a near by hotel with 4 children. I ordered the 14 piece meal. I got shorted 3 pieces of... chicken. No lil packets if butter for the buns. And the chicken wasn't even that good. Kind of on the dry side. When i hadcalled, they offered me a in store credit(useless to me cause i live out of town) i told them i needed the food cause i hadmouths to feed but i had no way of getting there and they do not offer delivery. Never got any kind of compensation for theirerror. Instead of a in store credit maybe offer a gift card next time. I was not impressed. Read more
We had a great time at this restaurant! Food was great and service was decent. We would highly recommend going here whether it's... for a date or a night out with the family. The place itself is pretty out of date with torn seats and such but it's not too bad.As I said the food is good but it's also a little on the expensive side. Read more
