I recommend not going there, especially for travelers who have to wait at the speaker for 30 minutes to place the order. Most of... the them don't want to give you what you ordered such as iced coffee when you want ×3 sugar and ×3 cream. They do notunderstand what your saying what your order is. They are to lazy to answer the speaker while people are waiting and to lazy toget people's orders right. Also they are on there phones so they don't pay attention to what people order and what they givethem. They also hire way to young of an age. There are sometimes 13 or 14 year olds working there and that is the case that theyget the orders wrong. Honestly treat people they way you would want to be treated and respect the customers. Fire the lazypeople and the ones that are on there phone a lot and that are disrespectful to the customers, if you don't want to losecustomers and want to keep your business. The service of the drive thru was great all around. The employees spoke to me in a kind and enthusiastic way and the line moved... quickly. The food was ready right away and there were no mistakes with the order even though I had made quite a few specialrequests. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend to others. Read more
I have never been to a such a slow McDonald's. Staff are definitely overwhelmed and it shows. Easy orders take an upward of 20... mins and the longest I waited was 40. I have never not had to wait when coming here. Food is expected quality for McDonald's andstaff are mostly friendly . Parking lot is atrocious and has several large potholes. Read more
Usually the drive through here is incredibly slow, have to park to get your food most of the time, but this morning I waited 10... minutes with no response, as did others, so I left. Overall this isn't a McDonalds you'd go out of you way to visit. Yes, those are grease trails leaving the door showing very... clearly where people walk. The lack of attention to the cleanliness outside extends into the restaurant. The fish shown is as itwas received - with very little attempt to properly stack the ingredients. Trying to put it together properly means tearing thebun. On recent visits I used the curbside option. Two mornings in a row the wait time for a single cup of coffee was over eightminutes. My family tells me that on several occasions when waiting inside the staff are told to ignore the front counter becausethe drive thru is more important. In one case two people were in line and it was a 30 minute wait to place an order becausestaff ignored them. Other reviews say that things are often forgotten in the orders. That hasn't been my experience but whentaking photos of the grease staff did ask me what they had forgotten in my order. However, I was STILL waiting for the order soI couldn't yet answer the question. If you need McDonalds the food here will taste like you expect. Wow McDonald's is amazing! The big macs are truly phenomenal. Honestly about all the food tastes pretty good if your hungry... enough. Generally the food is reasonablly fresh for a McDonald's.
