Ordered a QPC meal. I asked for the order to be cooked fresh. I was told all the QPC are cooked fresh to order. When I received... the order it does not seem to be very hot. The cheese seems to have sat for a short time. I usually do not have to wait, it isusually ready when I reach the window. Comparatively @ other MCD's burgers received are juicy, hot and a little greasy as if itjust came off the grill. Just pointing out the differences. I guess I really don't believe that my burger is dropped on thegrill when I place my order. Maybe I will shop the alternative. Read more
We had help from wheel chair people for my mil who had a stroke , they were wonderful ! I was also pleased as I didn't know my... way around tuscon Airport and they took us exactly where we needed to go, NO WORRIES for myself, or my mil. We are veryappreciative of this service! The older gentleman who is supposed to be cleaning the tables has been harassing me the entire time I've been here trying to... work without distractions... He continues to bother people around the lobby who are clearly uncomfortable with how personable heis trying to be. He is currently sitting at the table across from me furiously scrubbing while staring daggers at me, and allbecause I'm incredibly busy with work and didn't feel like engaging him in a conversation about him. And this is not the firsttime I've encountered this employee doing this to people, just the first time he's aimed himself at me in a menacing way. Read more
Slowest McDs I've ever visited. Probably waited 10 mins or more on a 10-piece meal. We went inside, but drive-thru customers... came in from outside b/c they were sick of the delay waiting for their order! My orders are always wrong, no one smiles or says thank you, absolute worst McDonald?s I?ve ever gone too, every time. Also... WORST coffee every single time I ?give it another try? NOPE can?t even make an iced caramel coffee, so terrible I hate thisplace so much. Read more
