Working in the area for a few weeks. Decided to stop and try this cute little "drive in" you order at the window and there's... outdoor picnic tables available for seating. Their menu is seriously HUGE. got a recommendation for their burgers. They weredelicious and good size. Went back yesterday and tried their fish and chips. The haddock was really good as well. Portion sizesare great for the prices. Definitely recommend stopping and trying if you're in or just driving through the area! No wonderthey've been around since 1954! Update: tried the broasted chicken a few days ago too! It's cooked to order, takes about 15 minand it's delicious! Flaky, crispy skin. Salty. Moist and piping hot when it first comes out. The Well is an old school drive-in. Order and pick up at the window with outdoor seating. It's a local landmark that's only open... March-September serving great burgers, broasted chicken and a variety of other options. Soft serve ice cream and other funtreats. Going to The Well is a summer tradition. Read more
They are always friendly, food is great, I got a Chicago Style all beef hot dog with all those amazing toppongs. Even got a... doggie sundae with single vanilla ice cream with 2 doggie biscuits. We came at supper time with a large group after a town play. We knew it would be busy. They did a really good job making food... and it all tasted great. Seating is outside and the only problem with that was the bees/wasps were outrageous that day!!! Itwas hard to eat there with our kids and their bottle solution was not working. I also thought 3.99 for a soda is extremelypricey and no refills. It wasn't that big either. Very good food though. Read more
