Beyond disappointed. We ordered a pizza without cheese. They made the pizza with cheese and we noticed right after we got home.... We called immediately and they refused remake it for us because they had closed just a minute before in spite of the fact thatit was their mistake. We told them that there was a dairy allergy and the person would now not have dinner and they didn'tcare.. When asking for a Manager we were told that their was no manager on duty and then they hung up on us. Extremely rude,uncaring, and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Read more

Have gotten the best pizzas the last two weeks in a row. These girls are awesome. Thank you Papa Murphy's

Just ordered two Thai Chicken Pizzas and they both looked like completely different pizzas. Found out why. Half a container or... better of red pepper flakes was dumped on one pizza and instead of making a new one they just put some cheese over the flakes.The pizza is ruined and I live 30 mins outside of town. What a joke. This was an online order. Last time I ordered two of theketo pizzas which the signs say are $9 and was charged $13. No extras were added so why the charge? And the time before that Iordered online and didn't receive my cookie. Didn't realize it until I got all the way home. (My fault partially for notchecking.) I have always liked Papa Murphy's. The ingredients are fresh, the customer service is consistently awesome no matter how busy it... is, and you get quite a bit for your money. However, today, the young lady that served me went above and beyond. It was just alittle gesture, but it made a big difference for me. She complimented my son, then when I asked for a box and commented thatcarrying my son and a "floppy pizza" at the same time wasn't easy, she offered to help us to the car and carried the pizza forme after putting it in box for me.
