Deb is amazing and always has good customer service. But my food was horrible. Nothing in her power that she could have changed.

First of all I want to say. The food was excellent. The restaurant is a combination of classic Subway and a Pizza/Pasta place. I... loved the additional choices of the pasta! The first time I went there, the woman taking the order, an older woman who appearedto have been working there awhile and training in another person. She was in a very mean disposition. The tone and manner thatshe took my order was rude. I clearly asked for the pasta with one additional side on the order. It was like she was argueingwith me over what menu item I choose. She finally began to make the oder but stopped to reprimand the trainee during the middleof the order. This was unprofessional in so many ways. If she trains all the other employees this was, no wonder they can't keepemployees. Eventually she got the order done and never at any point offered a smile or kind word. I felt like aninconvenience. I stopped by again about a week later. The trainee was making the dishes this time and the woman was cashiering.Once again she chastised and reprimanded the other employee. Totally degraded her. After that display of un professionalism fora second time. It doesn't matter how good the food is, I will not return there. Read more

Full meets Subway standards and expectations. As far as Subways go, it was cleaner than normal, and the worker was not rushing... me to decide. All the ingredients looked fresh, except lettuce. Clean work srations, and good glove use by employees. Read more
Wonderfully fast and accurate service. The employees have always been clean and friendly. Store is clean and the bread is the... freshest I've had at any Subway around. The prices are mid range for all Subways I've been to and the product is made up tonormal standards. I travel often and this is the best store!! Even if they do make a mistake the manager takes care of itpromptly and in a professional manner. Will be sure to go back! Read more
