The place is nice and the service good, my only complain is that the vainilla flavor tasted like pure sugar and I'm not really... sure if it is ice cream or frozen yoghurt, I didn't bother to ask but when it was melting it seemed more like some kind of waterstuff. They?re super nice and the yogurt was amazing. I love this place and I love coming here with the kids. Always nice people Radica... sheer always great flavors. The service is off and on, here. It really depends on the person whether or not you'll get an attentive and personable team... member. They're clean, though and have a good selection of flavors pretty consistently so that's why I only docked 1 star. Ican't wait until self-serve is back, though. I'd like to have more control over serving size and topping portion. Read more
They did not wash hands between cleaning floors and prepping the order; happened TWICE. They are innate give to on line orders... by which you order on line and go pick it up but they are not ready not even started .. Happened TWICE . They don?t check theyougurt status : if it works if it is the proper consistency ; we go there and the yogurt is not coming out .. What are theydoing all day besides doing the proper job of good retail ? Owner , get your self together and work toward a better aspect ofbusiness ! Read more

I gave three stars not because of the quality of the product but the quality of the staff I've encountered at this particular... location. I love their pineapple and pisctachio flavors but like I said their staff is a bit indifferent. I got two cups to goand was not offered lids or a bag though I was asked by cashier if it was for here or to go. I also noticed a tip jar whichdoesn't make sense since you are not provided with any service by the employees other than to be rung up. I know it's a nitpicky thing to mention but they don't even have tip jars at fast food places and the people there are actually preparing yourfood and not just standing there while you serve yourself.
