They gave a bag of food to the car in front of me, who had it for a minute or so and then gave it back. They put the bag of food... by the window. I kept an eye on it, and when I drove up they tried to give me the same bag of food that the car in front had. Ipolitely told them I didn't want food that someone else had in their possession, and the girl at the window started yelling atme that I was wrong.. But I made sure to keep an eye on it. She walked away for a few seconds and said she replaced the food(which was way too quick, there was no way) and handed us the bag of food. The food inside was ice cold. What a grossexperience. I ordered from here on skip the dishes. I can't believe the poor quality of the food. We were also missing half our order. There... was no sauce on the wrap no lettuce. We ended up still paying full price even though we didnt get our onion rings or burger.This isn't the first time the quality of food from this location has been bad either. Its ALL the time. Tasted like soap and cleaning products, coated in salt. I did not order soap or cleaning products. Ordered apple turn overs for dessert. None were ready, but they didn’t tell me that. Asked me to pull over. I literally ordered 2 mama burgers...waited 10-15 minutes while watching the drive through with a bunch of cars come and go and... other people walk up and order and ALL got their food before me. No sorry for the wait or anything showing that they're sorryfor making me wait along with putting onions that i asked to not have on my burgers...just horrible service....A&W, DO BETTER! Read more

Apparently this location has a new “corporate policy” that they don’t allow kids to eat in their dining room anymore.... Considering there are two junior high schools and a high school within walking distance seems pretty ridiculous. If there arekids causing issues…absolutely ask them to leave, but don’t paint them all with the same brush. Won’t be ordering fromthis location anymore ?? Read more
