TLDR: Don't eat here if you have food allergies because cross-contamination is king at this location. I watched the staff in... the back taking lettuce mixed with sliced tomatoes and use it on my order (none of which was supposed to have tomato), and eventhough I ordered my burger without onions, I watched as they took a handful of onions to put on another order right beforehandling my food. No gloves, no handwashing. It's a good thing I'm not allergic. If they openly display cross contamination ofveggies, what are they doing where we can't see? You would think that the most expensive fast food burger chain would put atleast a little effort into health & safety. They definitely would fail a health inspection Read more

I came here on Nov 29, at 9:20am when this Indian girl with black rectangle glasses took our family?s order. She is so rude, I... come to this restaurant a lot and I?ve always enjoyed my time here but today, I didn?t feel the same as before bc this Indiangirl working here was not respectful at all. She couldn?t wait for me while I was thinking what to get and kept asking me what?What can I get for you? When I told her that I?m not ready to order yet. It was annoying. Also, when making an order she keptasking me the same question I answered already. I hated the way she talked to me (customer). There must be better employees thanthis who could work at this place. I hope this store?s manager sees this comment and make some changes at their store by tellingthis Indian girl how to be nice and respectful OR firing here bc having her behaving like this to others will definitively leavenegative impacts to the business only. I ordered takeout for my friend and me. She liked the hamburger, but the two orders of onion rings I got for us were salted so... heavily they were inedible. We had to throw them out. Three weeks before we ordered onion rings and they were fine. There's noexcuse for such over-salting. Read more

I was there today on 11oct at 7pm for a coffee with a friend and the Indian girl at the counter asked my friend ...so 2coffee ?... While I was clearly standing at her back waiting for her to be done so then i could order mine...And my friend had to pay forthe bill which I dint like it...if 2people and standing there doesn't mean that one person has to pay for the bill for the2people...this is not india...I hope the staff get well trained for this even if its just a coffee Read more

They always take forever to make my order it does not matter if I order online or drive thru and horrible service on window.You... will only get fresh food if you ask them to make it fresh otherwise old patty and cold fries thats all you get.Improve yourorder timing,food quality and customer service. Great set up. Friendly staff. Quick service. The fries come in individual metal fry baskets which Is a very nice touch. Plus,... for the fries lovers you receive a large order. Our teen burgers were delicious. Read more

Went to the drive through. Checked the bags as we were leaving the parking lot, took a while as we had food for 5 people.. We... noticed we were missing chicken tenders. My partner went in to get the nuggets and had to wait in line for 5 minutes, only to beaccused of stealing the food. They gave her more, but clearly stated that she "put them in the bag for sure", as she gave themto my partner. I called in to complain and they refused to give any information as to who to get in touch with. I even used thename that was on the receipt and the person on the phone told me they use fake names. I then had to tell them that I camethrough the drive thru TODAY at least 3 times. The person on the phone said "I will call you back". When they called back theysaid they were unable to find my order. I asked how come they couldn't find an order from less than 30 minutes ago. She thenasked me if I came yesterday, AGAIN. Needless to say, super shady that they won't provide management information. Will neverdrop a dime here again. Because I have to be honest, the food was pretty good even though it was cooling off a bit. Seriouslythough people who customer service, the minimum you can do is offer a call back from someone qualified to handle it, notrepeatedly telling a person they have to call back again on their own time to deal with something. Customers shouldn't be havingto chase people around after initial contact. Oh yeah, you shouldn't accuse people of stealing either. Read more
