The music was good, but the cover charge to get in was ridiculously high, especially given the lack of space to actually move... around. My friends and I were told that we were not allowed to stand on the dancefloor (which was also very small)??? Where elsewould we go? The booths were all taken, and the aisle leading towards the bar and washrooms were extremely narrow and packedwith people. If you're looking for a fun night out that's worth your money, please look somewhere else. Read more
The woman chef/person whom answers the phones is utterly rude. This is maybe the 3rd or 4th time I have called in and then... decided to order from another restaurant due to her ugliness. Absolutely appalling customer service not to mention skills, causereally they have no customer service skills. I boasted this restaurant in the beginning and guided many ppl here, but now it isjust gross. To be spoken too in that manner and tone is Absolutely unacceptable! Especially when calling about an order. I willdo my best to take back my promotion of this place. Word of mouth can make or break any business. Customer service is keyespecially when in the restaurant business. It's supply the demand. But if you're rude and condescending to your customersthere will be no demand. Business 101. Read more
