It is the most authentic Pakistani cuisine in Winnipeg. Anyone from Pakistan or North India towards Punjab and Delhi side will... love this. It?s got a nice ambience. The dishes are authentic in spices and taste and the naans are just too good. Stronglyrecommended. Just one thing; the order takes a little time to be prepared so have patience when you order. One of the worst restaurants in Canada. I came in with my family and we placed the order after which we were informed that it?s... going to take 30 minutes. We understood as there were only 2 people working. However, after waiting for more than an hour, wesaw that they are serving other customers who came way later than us. The most baffling part is they were taking their sweettime in chatting with the other customers in their own native tongue. When we went back to check the status on our order (afterwaiting for about 53 minutes) the restaurant representative literally said ?Oh I didn?t notice you guys back there!? Are youkidding me mate? You didn?t see 6 people walking in your restaurant whom YOU assigned a table to? What sorcery is this mate? Myfather-in-law has diabetes and after waiting for more than an hour we had to go elsewhere. The most terrible customer service Ihave faced in Canada till now. May be we should have known how to speak Urdu in order to get served with proper etiquette andprobably some food. The staff should learn some basic manners and the owner should take initiative in order to how to operatethe place with sufficient amount of staff with proper customer service training. Read more
I was stuck in the middle of the rain when the staff asked me to come inside the restaurant. Staff is very hospitable when she... offered me something to drink. Out of her kindness, I had a take-out of Karak tea. The Karak tea with milk & sugar was verywarming. The reception and the dining area are very magnificent and luxurious. The kitchen area is clean and tidy. The menu hasa lot of authentic Pakistani dishes to offer at an affordable, reasonable price.
