Forced to leave a tip when paying debt, not even a no tip option. I am all for leaving tips, but they have to be warranted.

Ordered a Nuttin butter, I received it 3/4 full. It felt light so I opened it up, I thought about it for a second and then I... decided to be that guy who brings back their cup and asks if something is wrong. After a good 5 minutes someone asked me whatwas wrong I showed them the cup, they apologize and then went to add some more materials and re-blend. Then the contents sat inthe blender for about 8 minutes. There wasn't a line when this started, at the end of it there is a line of two people. Therewere three staff on, one was a supervisor. One staff was being trained. I've worked at businesses where I've served milkshakesand smoothies, I would never charge someone 8.75 for a 3/4 full cup. Read more

I have been going to this location for the last 3-4 years, always been a clean and welcoming environment. The girls always have... smiles on their faces and love to chat about new promotions/specials. I've been in 4 times in the passed 3 or 4 weeks and I'vedefinitely noticed a change in mood of the store. Not only that, they have brought on a new manager that seems totally rude, notonly did she speak to me ( a paying customer) like I was stupid but a comment was made at her own employee in the same tone!poor girl. hopefully the chain of command does their duty and brings this location back to the way it used to be. Until then Iwill be switching to a different location. Read more
