I would rate this zero if I could. Customer service is terrible and the staff have very little training regarding procedure and... customer service. The first and last time I'd gone was when the employee, who wears an M necklace, stole my gift card andrefused to give me my money back until I had called the manager. When I had to return the next week to retrieve it, she thoughtit was amusing to steal from people attempting to patron this location. Skip this place, to pay for an overpriced smoothie andto be robbed by the employee simultaneously is just not worth it. Read more

The line can get pretty long at peak lunch times but it moves quickly. Staff are friendly, food is yummy.
