Well first i asked for a cheeseburger kids meal (got a dirty look from the lady who took my order) with ketchup and mayo nd my... cheese burger didnt have cheese . So when i went to counter to tell them the cashier was talking to another customer and said ohnow she gonna complain and was talking about me. I dont think that is good customer service. Read more

AVOID COMING HERE! There was so many fly?s around the burgers and especially the fries and I ordered nuggets on the side and the... employee touched my nuggets without gloves and pretty sure not washing hands and it was unnecessary and the employee was not tobe mean but in her late 70?s probably 80?s and it took over 10 minutes just to get my food and the employees were slow with itand what worse I found a dead fly in my fries and I asked for a new one then the manager gived me salty bad mean rude attitude,luckily I insisted of getting a new one and they got me it and when my friends were ordering the employees were making it a bigdeal and lazy and was giving also unnecessary behaviour and rude mean attitude by using a coupon and wanted chipotle sauce ontheir original chicken sandwiches so yes plz don?t come here if I was you. Coming home from the Bomber game (10JUN22,) and with the Summer of Sound event at the Downs wrapping up at 11PM...I think the... staff were a bit overwhelmed with the volume of traffic all coming in at the same time. There was a bit of a lineup and a bit ofa wait. But the staff took a deep breath, rolled up their sleeves...and got everyone's order prepared in a timely manner. Theydid the best they could, and I give them credit for being so patient, precise and professional. Good job, everyone! Read more
Location is pretty good. Huge parking all over. But their staff parking is either not right or they have to change it as when it... gets busier they just freak out and couldn't take out their vehicle. This location is drive thru. They are the ones who maintainto keep the dining area closed for long time, I am fine with that. They were doing pretty good previously but now it's annoyingmany a times you have to repeat yourself and I saw people yelling reason they make you repeat all the time.customer service isaverage but lot to work on.
