HORRENDOUS service. I placed my order and waited over 25 mins while they served everyone that came after me and at least 55... drive through and mobile orders. I asked multiple times when my food would be serve beacuse my lunch break is only 30 mins andhad to leave. They continuednto serve literally anyone else and an additional 10 mins later i got a cold whopper and soggypoutine. Never coming here again Read more

The night workers here are lazy doesnot accept order, close the drive at night telling lies that kitchen is leaking or some... other lame excuse and they are playing inside and watching mobile, tiktok and stufd.They also turn off the delivery apps tillmorning so they literally wont be disturbed by anyone. These employees needs to be reported to manager, especially the punjabiones who thinks everyone who comes to order food speaks Hindi. Cmon this is Canada!!! Read more

I love BK but this particular branch is the worst in the city. Every single time im going here never fails to disappoint me. The... waiting time in drive thru is always long even tho there?s just couple or 3 vehicles in the lane. Just tonight i need to waitmore that 15 mins in the lane and we?re just two cars there. I ordered just two chicken junior sandwiches from skip and the waiting time showing for my food is preparing for 103 minutes... like seriously guys it takes more then 1.5 hrs to cook and prepare just two chicken juniors. I work at a fast food restauranttoo but this thing is not tolerable as i am calling the norte dame burger king store 24 hrs and i been calling from last half anhour almost 10-15 calls no reply no one picked up the calls so, please take some action regarding this timings Wednesday earlymornings 4:40 am around. I recently had a pleasant experience at this particular Burger King. It was the lunch hour rush. I wasn?t paying attention I... missed the order Window speaker. Not sure what to do I pulled up to the cashiers window and told them what happened. They smiled and took my order. I stayed at the window and was served immediately. Thank you for your great service! I would rate this experience at the Notre dame Burger King drive thru as an absolute appalling zero! I went to the drive thru... for an order ,and asked for the 4.99.king value meal with two kings, no order sticker was placed on the outside of the bag tohave displayed a confirmation of order contents . I went home after a long day at work to enjoy what I thought was a tasty kingbeef burger ,and opened my meal ,and saw the receipt in the bag having been given two junior chickens ,not two junior kings.When I got home, and noticed they have incoherent listening skills. I am extremely disgusted, disappointed, and completelydiscouraged to ever go here again to experience such poor service . I strongly suggest you have your staff conforming correctorders are being recieved,and not only that keep the religion out of customer service. If the staff has an issue with hearingabout ordering beef ,they should not be able to have that position. First line of duty is serving the customer what they want,not what you suggest. I also strongly suggest having more milk on hand when coffee is ,ordered,not cream. Some customersactually care about watching weight ,or may have complication from strong cream to the stomach preferring not to use heavy cream. I go to this drive thru almost ever day on my way into work for a coffee, and it is constantly out of milk suggesting onlycream as an alternative. Lactaid should also be an option. Your order takers are not doctors ,you are not the Burger King afterthis experience of receiving a chicken when I requestef two king burgers, and the customer is always right . Read more
