This location is always dirty when I go. General cleanliness of the restaurant is far below any average standard. I rather go... in my pants than use their washrooms. Kitchen looks the same. While waiting for your food check out the food prep areas andfloor. I gave up going to this location because obviously management doesn?t respect the customers. In this covid agerestaurants should be top of the game. I have been there a couple of times lately where homeless that live in the nearby busshacks come in and linger. You feel bad for them for sure but it?s really bad for business. They aren?t eating just loud anduncomfortable. If you need BK go to Southdale location or St Vital location. Not really our first bk but first in regent.i like the food but we used the side entrance and dang, the first thing i asked my... wife was "is that smell of $#|+? The food was good.we like it. Then my daughter used their washroom and almost puke. I also usedthe male washroom then i understand. Ill still go for their food but not in regent branch again. Sanitation is important if youra food chain. And that includes your washroom my friend. Read more
Not sure if it was due to the late night order (11pm maybe?) but I received barely any toppings on my burger (lettuce, tomato,... sauce) and my sister received a rotten tomato. The mozza sticks were only four pieces (based on how much I paid I expected morebut oh well). Not sure if I would come back but at least the fries were good. Read more
We went through the drive-thru today and it was very difficult to hear the lady on the speaker. I was also having difficult time... to understand her with her accent. I think she was also having a difficult time hearing us or understanding us too. We orderedthe mango habanero Burger Combo and also a Double Whopper Jr combo with an onion ring. I asked for extra tomatoes, pickles andonions on the Whopper Jr, but I did not get that. I also asked for onion rings, as mentioned, and I received fries. The WhopperJr was cold, the fries were good. As far as the Mango burger... my son did not like it at all and he's not very picky person. Hewill not order it again he said. He also ordered ghost pepper nuggets. He liked them. Was a mobile order, which they confirmed at the till when I walked in. 5 mins later confirmed that they were making it. Another... 5 minutes they told me they lost my order and I would have to get into line to reorder everything. Then they said they wouldcover the cost and I wouldn't have to pay for it. I told them it was done through the app and already paid she said oh yeah andshrugged. Fast food should not take 20+ minutes. At least the food was super fresh and tasted good! Read more
This location has been the cleanest ( when I come) most of the staff are friendly and happy to serve me. I don?t have much to... complain about this location and as always I love the food. Read more
Good as usual. New spicy chicken has a better commercial than it tasted. But was still ok
