$40 for two chicken Caesar salads, after a complete fiasco. I asked for two salads at the window but only received one. I asked... about it and the kid in the drive-thru said they?d make another one and I paid for it. He then came back and said they couldn?tput chicken on the salad because they already cleaned the grills. I mentioned they had just given me a salad with chicken on itto which he responded with a snarky ?well that was 5 minutes ago?. Ended up leaving with one chicken Caesar salad, a regularCaesar salad and a piece of chicken to cut up and put on the salad myself. Strangest experience ever and not once did the kidapologize for the mix up. I also asked for an order of onion rings which included a small bag of 5 rings. Went for lunch and got 3 piece chicken, dinner bun, fries and gravy lunch special, my mom got the 2 piece chicken with fries and... gravy and also ordered a side of bacon for my son. Waited about 30+ mins food, there wasn't very many people in the restaurant,chicken was sorta hot, fries were cold and gravy was cold. The side bacon only came with literally 1 super crispy super thinpiece that was broken in two. Waitress was very polite and nice. Great service from her. But the kitchen needs to do better.Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the waitress. Read more
Ordering take out from chicken chef is an adventure to be sure. You will rarely receive what you ordered. I'm not sure... whether the problem is inadequate staff training or incompetent management. Although we live very near the Dale Blvd locationwe gave up ordering from there as it seemed they were incapable of getting even the most simple order correct. We have sinceordered for delivery from the unicity location. But the problems continue .. we ordered 2 dinners with 2 side gravies .... we received only 1 gravy. We ordered 1 dinner with mashed potatoes ... we were shocked to discover they were ice cold as thojust taken from a refrigerator. We called to complain and we were offered free potatoes and free gravy. We don't want freepotatoes,, we just want our meal to be stress free. Today we decided to order some chicken fingers and salads for lunch. Some of the chicken was raw. We phoned to explain and we... were told that the fingers were floating which means they are cooked. We asked for new fingers. They asked us to come pickup. We did not bring the uncooked fingers with us so they refused to issue us the newly cooked chicken fingers asking us ?Howdo we know you didn?t eat the other ones?? I hope maybe the pictures will tell our story. I guess the customer is never rightwith this place. So we ordered from our regular place Roblin Grill. If you are reading this order from there instead.
