This was our first visit to Chop. I had looked through several of the reviews ahead of time and wasn't sure due to some of the... mixed reviews. Long story short, my wife and I are very picky about how our prime rib is done. Not only was the prime rib doneto perfection and taste but the rest of the meal also followed suit. Our server for our first visit was Vasyl and I must say itwas nothing but professionalism knowledge and very friendly interactions with him. We have not one single complaint from themoment we walked in the door to the time we left. Interactions with the other staff members were equally good we will definitelycome back here again. I wish I could give it more than five stars. Great job to the entire team keep doing exactly what you'redoing. Read more

Overall great service and lovely atmosphere. The steak is the best thing on the menu. Stick to steak. The kids menu isn?t... great. The fettuccini Alfredo was so greasy. The garlic toast that comes with the food is not edible bc it tastes like butter.The shrimp appetizer with garlic was greasy and tasted like raw uncooked garlic. The fries were from frozen and their chickenfingers was greasy. Lathe Cesar salad had terrible bacon and prepackaged dressing. The service is great but it?s empty insideand kind of depressing. Came here to try their burger of the week. When making the order it was specifically taken by the chef from the kitchen. I was... impressed right away. When it was finished, it was brought out by the chef again and the presentation I thought was impeccable. The aroma itself was making me salivate. When I was finally able to taste the burger it had such a sweet subtle sweetness ofpumpkin. There was just the right amount of meat and the textures were just right as you're eating. Hard to explain, but it'sthe best burger I've had and lived up to my expectations for burger week 2021. After having this burger, I can fully appreciatewhy it demands this price point.
