I?m in town for the night and ordered the poke bowl to be delivered to my hotel. It arrived fairly quickly, but the portion size... was shockingly small for the price, and there was an absurd amount of sauce on it, with a pool of liquid at the bottom of thebowl. Worst service ever. The manager Cho very unprofessional customer service as I brought forward a concern regarding my food that... they missed multiple items. The presentation was terrible as everything was just slapped on into a mess in the bowl. Definitelynot an experience I had as previously experienced with them. They normally nicely present their food but this was terrible. Cholaughed at this situation and acted very unprofessionally saying we don?t need picky customers here as I asked for a refund.Definitely do not recommend this place at all. When someone goes to a restaurant for food taste is not the only thing thatattracts people. Presentation is another. Hope you learn from your terrible manners to customers and how you present yourself ina situation that customers do not appreciate as you laughed at the customer and acted very rude. Read more

Great food, only 'turn off' was the girl who was telling other staff not to answer the phone. Not very good look for business..... cashier and grill cook working hard, while the other one was complaining about working weekends, and touching her phone whileher gloves are on.
