Worst restaurant they are gona ask you to wait 5 minutes and then again 5 and. Then again 5 ? your r lucky if u get order in... 25-30 minutes and its for skip. Ordered a butter chicken, palak paneer, rice and Naan. Found a large white hair in the Naan. Didn't want to eat the palak paneer... or butter chicken since any hair in the items would be hidden in sauce. Requested refund and was not given one. Customer service is fine but we asked them twice to not to make the food spicy and they ended up making it hella spicy, that I... couldn't eat it at all. And then they started telling me that the Hakka options are always spicy no matter what. However, thekenaston location is amazing. Friendly staff and delicious food. For lunch rush it should be catered to employees who have not enough time to waste during the rush. Other than that friendly... workers, great food. Parking you have to pay which is an inconvenience. Read more
