Not well managed, busy or not?. Takes forever to get your food in the drive thru?.. easy 15-20 mins wasted.
Waiting 15 minutes in a line up at the drive thru for two large Sudaes . When I was about to pay she asked for 14.00 and change... ? I repeatedly told her that it should be under 10.00 I got two little sudaes that were fluffed up air, no where near thequality of any other Dairy Queen , a complete waste of my time and money. I called the store to complain and kept getting theirfax machine .. the entire process was a waste of my time and money. Read more
When I was a kid I loved loved dairy queen. But now I don't really care for the burgers. It's like they have no tastes... anymore. But that is just my view. But I do love the ice cream lol Read more
They need more staff! Everytime I go through the drive thru I know it'll take me a long time. Seems staff can only serve (take... order from, take money, give food to) 1 car at a time unlike other places. Had to wait nearly 40 minutes and there was only 2cars ahead of me. You call yourself a fast food chain. Maybe you need to be reminded what the definition of "fast" is. You alsohave to repeat your order multiple times before they get it right. Read more
This is the worst dairy I've been to and I've tried it 3 times. They need you to repeat your order in the drive through... multipletimes. Drive through was slow. They forgot my fries in my chicken strip basket and told me I didn't order fries with thebasket. Said they were making fresh fries, they were cold and obviously sitting there a while. Also when I went in to ask forfries, there was no AC in the restaurant. It was plus 38 outside. What a gross establishment and a shame your workers have towork in that heat. This location they to train they employees much better I have some issues on Sunday at 5pm (Drive through)I never order my food... yet they asking me to move up to the window.So me and 4 children is move up to the window and they asking us what we want we allare not sure what on the menu and we asking for menu and the person that talk to us said she can't give us any menu or anythingelse. We all are wasting our time to drive all the way there. Need new management for sure to the customer much better. Read more
Good location. Parking is available all around the restaurant. This dairy queen location is drive thru so it's one of the added... advantage. I like the restaurant menu items are same as others are. There is patio available to sit. Customer service is not badbut I found washrooms were not good. It feels like they were not cleaned from long time. Read more
