My husband was very excited to order a Banana split but the one he got was terrible. The lack of ice cream was almost funny. I... should of taken it back but didn't want it to be thrown out and wasted. Also the whipping cream was almost non existant and waslike they squeezed the last bit they had from the entire store. Used to work at a DQ. Got a medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard here, and it didn't seem like they gave the usual amount of... cheesecake that's supposed to go into a medium. Service was really friendly though. Read more

For a "fast food" ice cream it is quite good! Have gone to this location basically my whole life and have never really had a bad... experience. Recently tried out the new Oreo dirt pie with he gummy worms in it and it was good! Also can never go wrong with anice cream cake! Read more
Good location. Even though this business is located right on portage they have dedicated stalls for parking. You can park on... Ronald st right in front of the business plus behind this there are few stalls and some by the curb. They don't have drive thru.I found customer service needs to be worked on little bit it's not bad but I can't say it's great Read more
