Their ice cream is delicious. The burger i ordered wasn't as good???? And it was served with a huge piece of onion (bigger than... the burger itself ????), which was just added to the box, it wasn't inside the burger. No idea what I was supposed to do withit, may be it's their special recipe? Another thing is that they asked me if I wanted to done in or take out, i said dine in.But they packed me the order anyways. Read more
We ordered 2 Blizzards and a milk shake; the Blizzards were only mixed on the top half and the bottom half was just vanilla ice... cream - clearly not enough filling and under-mixed. The milkshake was missing the whipped cream (although this is a common issueat most locations despite the DQ website saying it includes this) and when I asked for the whip, the employee seemed irritatedand put-out. If there is a zero star option. I would give this place an absolute zero. Went in to get a chocolate dipped cone in a cup. They... made me a chocolate dipped Sunday without the cone. When I correct their problem, instead of re-making it they just gave me acone on the side. Several people saw it and laughing on the side. The staff here don?t know their stuff and customer service isbad. If u want your things done right, I would go to the scurfield location. Read more
We ordered two small blizzards and this is what we got for both. Almost 1/3 empty ?. I expect to get what I pay for. It was... almost closing time so they could?ve said they can?t make it if they didn?t have enough product. Amazing customer service by Madison.. Solid 5 star ice cream! Best ice cream in peg city..Love the smoothness and thickness of... the ice cream and the flavour of the dip! The price is pretty reasonable compared to other ice cream parlors in the area. Iwould come here more often if I lived closer. Read more
I am giving these folks a 5 star, but including some feedback for things that require improvement. I am glad to have a DQ back... in the area. Thrilled even. They need to work on their customer service and order taking (via drive thru). There is one persongreeting, another taking over half way through and then another meeting you at the window. All is accomplished but it becomesconfusing for communication. I ordered an Orange Julius (like I often do...)...it had clumps of very bad tasting stuff (laterfound out it was "filler") throughout the drink. I tried calling the store 2x but no answer. The store was not visibility busyinside or out, so I'm unsure why they didn't answer the phone. I ended up going back to the store to remedy the situation. Thestaff member seemed less than interested in my terrible experience with the drink. He did however offer me a new one. Irequested a refund as those clumps of terrible taste just turned me off. No apology, no nothing. Maybe they are tired. At leastthe problem was rectified, so I'm content. Thank you! The fries we bought were delicious. Hot and tasty! Thank you! DQ fries???? never disappoint. Dine in or take out! Drive through is an option too! While situated in the parking lot sharing manyother shops, it makes for a tight navigation through parked cars...at least it's back in the area. Due to it being in a sharedstrip mall with a doctors office, Best Buy and more...there is ample parking! Free parking! I'll come back again and give themanother try. Maybe in a couple weeks when they've had a bit more time to work out the kinks in the system. They are a new store,likely some new staff. I'm confident it'll be great! I had previously put up a review here after their disasterous "grand opening" but, for some reason or another, it's been... removed. That was also a 1-star review for taking forever to make my order, after I had to remind them what exactly it was 15minutes after my purchase. Anyway, I figured I'd give them another shot and went to get their chicken strip basket with friesand gravy. As you can see in the pictures, the gravy was a chunky mess. It's like they took day old gravy, scooped gravy off thebottom of the container, and then reheated it. Needless to say, I did not consume said "gravy". I don't even know what thatstuff was. I've had DQ at other locations and the gravy was actually pourable. This one you practically needed a knife and forkto eat. I'll never go to this location again. Read more
