Located on the third floor of UMSU, this small restaurant is considerable on the basis of what you order. I ordered the... cheesesteak, it was definitely worth the money at $16. The bun was buttered and toasted with roasted peppers and mushrooms withan aged cheese. Not many spices but the veggies add a decent amount, the beef was tender. I recommend adding more salt andpepper seasoning. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was good, being polite andrespectable. I will be ordering this again. I eat at degrees a lot specially because it is on campus and the food is delicious. I can also work on my laptop and there are... also charging places. The atmosphere is great and the staffs are friendly. But if it's a place on campus I think it's a bitexpensive for students. Read more

I have eaten here a few times over the years and I would say that it has been a positive experience every time. The menu has a... great variety to keep everyone happy when there. The food is always delicious. I often go here Friday mornings with my coworkersfor the $5 breakfast of eggs, hasbrowns, sausage/bacon, toast and a good cup of coffee. Great breakfast for extremely cheap. Itcan definitely get busy around noon as most other places on campus do but it is always a great atmosphere with good service thatkeeps me coming back. Read more

Sadly this is strike 5 for them. I am on campus and have used them well 5 times now through box n drops. they are great. However... the restaurant has sent the drivers every time with missing items or incorrect items. this last time it took over 45 mins forthe order to be accepted!! then another 25 mins to be delivered. Again I am on campus. 1.5 hours to get lunch is unacceptable.they need to let people know they are running late or short staffed, whatever. i would have chosen to order elsewhere for thattime. but the order is billed INSTANTLY on my credit card yet takes 45 mins to be accepted by the restaurant. needless to saytoday was the last time we will be ordering from Degrees. My friend and I are always on campus because we are architecture students and need to use the facilities in our building often.... Degrees is one of our only options for on-campus satiating food to get us through long days. Last week we tried the pad Thai, towhich we were very disappointed, it was essentially a pile of rice noodles and veggies doused in vinegar. However, as people whohave both had experience in the restaurant industry, we decided not to let that one experience ruin our opinion on the foodhere. Today we went for lunch, and my friend's dipping sauce was covered in a thick layer of mold. I didn?t feel safe eating mymexi hash with lime crema on it after seeing her mold-ridden sauce. My friend was treated with disrespect when she told theworkers she wanted a refund, and was instead given a voucher for a meal which she will not be using based on our experience. This place lacks both health and safety practises and basic customer service skills. The "rise and shine" breakfast has been a lifesaver for the last couple of years. For 5.5$ before 10:30am, this is hands down... the best breakfast option on campus. Staffs are super friendly and food is amazing! The poutine is also recommended. They doserve liquors. During summer the patio experience is a bonus. Must visit while at UofM! Read more

Eat here a lot because not a lot of places open late when studying. Breakfast is good if you get the breakfast price before... 10am! But other than that all the other food is okay. I've ordered the giant poutine twice and both times it was served kind ofcold?? Or like warm never hot. I'd avoid the pasta too tbh. Breakfast is the only reason I'd go here. Kind of like a sad versionof Stella's. Read more
