Absolutely one of the best locations in Canada! We were greeted by super friendly staff and the best burgers! Filling!... Delicious! Delightful fries! Staff member was very knowledgeable, courteous and even checked on us to see how we were doing!They do lettuce wrapped burgers as well! Definitely will be returning! We did not find the burgers too salty as I'm a healthyeater too and enjoyed this delicious treat! Thank you Fat Burger Staff for a most amazing experience! What was initially a poor experience with my order through skip the dishes, ended up being a very positive outcome by the staff... at Fatburger Regent. I placed my order through Skip for 10 mild wings & kids burger meal, with tax, delivery, tip was almost$35 (pricy but worth it). When the food arrived the wings were sauce less, fries were soggy and order took more than 45min fromtime of order. Very disappointing as I?ve always had a positive experience, but this was far from that. Brought the food backthe following day, explained the situation and the staff were very apologetic, replaced my entire meal with out hesitation. This is the quality of service That you appreciate when unfortunate situations happen, and keeps your customers coming back. Thanks Fatburger team! Once again a pleased customer that will definitely be back again! Only unfortunate part is the lost feesof $6 delivery, $5 tip & costs to drive to the restaurant & back.
