Breaks my heart to be writing this review. My family has been ordering from here weekly for over 8 years now, the pizza is... phenomenal and the staff are always friendly. The sad part comes in last week when the owners decided to raise the prices byover 50%, which is frankly ridiculous. Not sure what the owners are hoping to achieve other than losing all of their loyalcustomers! Was my go to place for cheap pizza. Tried to go tonight since I got their flyer in my mail yesterday (all prices look normal)... only to arrive to pick up and the price for a $12.99 pizza is now $20 plus tax. EDIT: This Ritu totally lied to me when she said there was no manager. She's the assistant manager and the only one on site!! ... Unbelievable! I've been going here for 15 years and usually good. When they've made mistakes they correct it. Today, pick uporder. They said 20 to 25 mins. Sure np. Wait 25 mins and leave the house to drive 15 mins away. Get one of 3 pizzas totallywrong. I call. Got Ritu, says it's a new guy in training. Doesn't offer to replace. Doesn't say sorry let me fix it. Nothing. I asked if they can they replace it and deliver since it's a way away and we had to wait 40 mins in the parking lotbecause our pies weren't ready. Just straight no. They don't have delivery. I said send the new guy who is having issuestaking orders. No she says. I said just too bad so sad for me? Yes was her answer. I got upset at that point. I confirmedshe was telling me too bad. She again said yes. No sorry about that. Just excuses for the new guy being confused. I saidit's a simple pizza order. It's not difficult. I'll return to get the correct pizza. Good price for quality pizza. Tasty, lots of cheese and hot. Staff make them fresh and if you are craving for a slice or two... they have pepperoni and deluxe always ready. Chicken wings is also very good. They are marinated and not like other pizza placeswho just toss in the sauce after. They are also open til 1am so when the kids are asleep do yourself a favor: open a cold one,order pizza and wings and watch your favorite movie on netflix. Read more
Hey you know what the guys there did great asked them to make a cheese pizza so I can buy some slices they were going to do it... for me. And another customer offered just to the pay the difference to get a full pizza thank you so much to that woman that dayand thanks for cooking that delicious pizza! This place used to me mine and my friends go to 1-2 times a day for over a year for lunch during school and food after school.... Spent hundreds of dollars here for lunch and a snack. However the owners raised prices by over 50%!!!! This place has someamazing pizza and perfectly chilled drinks however I will not be back until the prices go back down. Used to be the perfectprice/taste ratio, may as well go anywhere else with better pizza for these prices. Ridiculous. Do better flying. refuse to goback until prices drop. Read more
