I used to love going to the downtown location. The service was impeccable & the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the... service at the forks has gone downhill with little to no product knowledge & poor attitude as well as customer service. Payingfor a product & tipping only to receive something I did not ask for along with attitude & silence from the staff member who rangme in. I?m a business owner & spent many years in the customer service industry. After multiple experiences like this, Irecommend against going back.
