We visited this place total 4 times in last week as freshi is our best energy boosting food place. I ordered Buddha Satay bowl... and they gave me thin noodles without telling me. I don?t make complaints but I didn?t like it as this thin noodles wereeverywhere. When I ask server about this she got confused and looking for regular rice noodle. Meanwhile other girl( seems likemanager or supervisor) ask server about issue and ignored me and walk away. In the end, server found regular noodles but didn?tapologize for giving me wrong food. Update**** freshii Regent called me asking me to take down my review and proceeded to laugh. I have taken this to corporate. If... I could leave 0 stars I would. There is a giant bug in the Mediterranean bowl. I called there and all they said was call skipand they would give me a full refund. Read more
Portion sizes USED to be really good and worth the money. Went today and it was literally half the size it used to be. The... employee said the bowl is normally fuller if you add a protein, but I have never once added a protein to my bowl and they'vealways been very full. This is one of the smallest portion sizes I've ever received. I even paid extra to add a veggie andcouldn't believe the tiny portion handed to me. Not sure I'll be back if this is how things are now, same price but half theamount, no thanks. Read more
I'm a regular customer and have enjoyed many decent meals from this location. The quality has been consistent and portions... reasonable. It's pricier fare but the quality of food is top notch. For someone who doesn't have a lot of time to cook, Freshiiis a reasonably healthy alternative to traditional fast food. Mexican food is NOT the first thing that comes to mind whenthinking Freshii but it has to be said.. Their most recent limited time offering of soft Tacos (3pk) are incredibly tasty andfresh. I have yet to find something comparable at even an exclusively Mexican restaurant. I hope they keep these on the menu! Read more
False advertising! Got coupons in the mail that show chicken in the salads 2 for $20 (pictures attached). But then when you go... in they tell you "protein" is not included... Then why is it in the picture??? Why does it not say on the coupon "Does notinclude the meat in the picture." Blatant false advertising! We didn't waste the money on their bait and switch bull and wentto Pita Pit in the same lot and got great big bowls of salad WITH PROTEIN for $10 each WITHOUT A COUPON. Never again Freshii. Read more
Recently starting going to this location since its closest to me now and kind of disappointed. If I'm going to pay $10 for a... salad/bowl I would expect the produce to be edible. Romaine was brown and rotting and the cucumbers were frozen/slimy andsmelled weird. Do better please! Read more
