The food is great, and the staff is friendly but I almost never get my order quickly because they always seem to be short... staffed or bombarded with skip the dishes drivers. They need to hire more people or have more people working at a time becauselunch time customers don?t always have a ton of time to wait for lunch. Read more
I had an issue with a previous order and the manager promptly reached out to me to rectify the situation. It's a really busy... location and given the current supply chain issues, they're doing a great job at making sure their customers are satisfied withtheir orders. I've seen the place packed quite often during lunch times so I thought it must be good. I grabbed a breakfast item that looked... interesting (the steak and egg burrito). It smelled and looked delicious but the taste..... It gave me the feeling that Ishouldn't have eaten it. There was something very 'off' about it. Infresh avacado , too much sauce for cobb salad , why not put seperately, terrible experience.
Really impressed with the service considering it was during the lunch rush. My food took 2 minutes to receive. I ordered a Zen... salad and asked to hold the cabbage, and they threw extra carrot in-place. The food was fresh and the portions were generous. Itwas very filling as well. Freshii seems to have a "pricey" image around it, but it really isn't. It was $7 something for amassive portion. Definitely worth trying. Read more
Great healthy food! I always go here for healthy lunch. Oaxaca with rice noodle is my favourite. Highly recommended.
The Cobb salad with chicken was both bland and expensive. I'll not return.
