The food was great and the customer service was average. The food was flavourful, fresh and light. I had the Beef Shank Mix w/... Home Made Spicy Sauce and I find that it was overall good, although be warned that it?s served cold and not hot. Because ofthat, I did ended up mixing it with the noodle to make it softer. I also find the noodle to be really good for its price,considering the noodles were handmade and it was very big for 13.99 + tax for it. Read more
First visit impression Giving 5 stars mainly for the freshly made noodles! 9 sizes to choose from, larger size for extra... chewiness. Awesome noodle texture and you can see them made the noodle through the crystal clear plastic shield, thanks toCovid... Give 4 stars to taste as it is a little strong on saltiness and oily combines with weak on flavor, I like theextremely fresh garnishes and toppings. Presentation is a solid 4.5 stars both the food and the environment. Service is 4stars, failed to ask for feedback or if everything is A-okay. 5 stars to the reasonable price, portions are generous too! Allin all, I am coming back for round 2! The menu is small, with most of differences being how you like your noodles. The noodles are fresh made on site and have a good... taste and texture to them. I like the the Zhajiang Noodle the most. I have no idea what is going on in the kitchen. I just found the BUG middle of eating the noodle and wanted to vomit right... away. I am quite mad now because of this restaurant's attitude and unbelievably unclean kitchen system. And about the orderrequest, Not even once, it happened THREE TIMES. They always don't care about customer's order request. I said NO cilantro verymany times, but they still added few pieces of it. Feels like staffs NEVER CHECK the food carefully before taking it to thecustomer. I needed to wait so long time to get my food because of these CARELESSNESS. Even the cilantro was in radishtoo.
