I have no idea what is going on in the kitchen. I just found the BUG middle of eating the noodle and wanted to vomit right... away. I am quite mad now because of this restaurant's attitude and unbelievably unclean kitchen system. And about the orderrequest, Not even once, it happened THREE TIMES. They always don't care about customer's order request. I said NO cilantro verymany times, but they still added few pieces of it. Feels like staffs NEVER CHECK the food carefully before taking it to thecustomer. I needed to wait so long time to get my food because of these CARELESSNESS. Even the cilantro was in radishtoo. The food was great and the customer service was average. The food was flavourful, fresh and light. I had the Beef Shank Mix w/... Home Made Spicy Sauce and I find that it was overall good, although be warned that it?s served cold and not hot. Because ofthat, I did ended up mixing it with the noodle to make it softer. First visit impression Giving 5 stars mainly for the freshly made noodles! 9 sizes to choose from, larger size for extra... chewiness. Awesome noodle texture and you can see them made the noodle through the crystal clear plastic shield, thanks toCovid... Give 4 stars to taste as it is a little strong on saltiness and oily combines with weak on flavor, I like theextremely fresh garnishes and toppings. Presentation is a solid 4.5 stars both the food and the environment. Service is 4stars, failed to ask for feedback or if everything is A-okay. 5 stars to the reasonable price, portions are generous too! Allin all, I am coming back for round 2! The menu is small, with most of differences being how you like your noodles. The noodles are fresh made on site and have a good... taste and texture to them. I like the the Zhajiang Noodle the most. First time here and I was not disappointed. Had to get the classic Lanzhou beef noodles in broth (pictured), saw there was an... option to go large for $2 and dived right in. Delicious. Very flavourful broth (I went medium/hot spice and it wasn't too spicy- I like spicy food though), noodles were unreal and the portion size was borderline ridiculous. Bring your big boy pants if youplan on finishing this! Also tried the Dandan noodles and the cucumber salad (my go to side dish). Both were very good. Youget to choose what size hand pulled noodles you want. Experiment or ask the server for their recommendations. Definitelyrecommend eating here. The home made noodles are very good and there are at least 7 different styles to choose from. You can also choose your spice... level, but even the spicy ones are not that spicy. Very authentic tast. The decor is also very nice. The potato appetizer wasdeep fried and not really worth it. The spicy cucumber was very good and unique as this is normally not made with peanuts. Definitely one of the best places for noodles in the city for sure. Very flavorful, more beef than expected, not as spicy as it... look, and great portion with options to up size. I would have came here more often if it wasn?t for the line ups and not beingavailable for takeouts. I once arrived at 11:30 on a Saturday and it was full by 11:32.
