I decided to try something different,as I don't normally do and tried their butter-chicken pizza! Let me tell you...it was... DELICIOUS!! Perfect amount of sauce with chicken, red pepper, onions and cilantro to give it that little bit of extra flavor andtopped with a perfect amount of cheese. Pizza took over an hour to get to me, was cold, it had very obviously been turned completely sideways in the box, and it was the... wrong crust. This location messes up literally every time. Going to the Kildare location is kinda far and inconvenient, butMcLeod is irredeemable at this point. If you like Gondola pizza, do not order from this location. You can easily eat a large pizza to yourself... I'm a big pizza guy and wanted a true authentic pizza for me and the fam Got a... perogy and Hawaiian pizza, their famous cheese toast and my night was complete. I ordered pick up for 630 pm.. Charged 2x for Yuck! Paid online, charged at the door. Thought they just kept my card for deposits in case. Way over cooked... pizza. ?Pizza sauce? is some weird brown sauce. Does not taste anything like tomato sauce. It?s like salty gravy. Probablycultural twist given the area - but no notes that it would be like other places. Also had a long black hair baked into my pizza.Took a bite and a long hair slipped out of my mouth still stuck in the pizza in my hand *gag*. Called in. Can?t communicateEnglish properly. That?s fine. Manager please. ?Did you have the whole pizza?? - no I divided up between my family. I onlyordered two. We pushed through the taste bc the kids were hungry. Then the hair popped up. And I don?t want another one of yourgross pizzas lol. We placed a pre order on Saturday in advance of my fathers 65th birthday celebration. We had family coming in from out of town... and wanted to ensure we had our food at the proper time. My husband showed up to pick up the order and they had no record of apreorder. So it is the time we are supposed to be eating and they say they will make it really fast. No apology. Unfortunate forour celebration. I will give them credit for delicious fresh pizzas (the only reason it?s a 2 star and not 1). Customer servicewas terrible. No apology, no discount to try to make right. I assumed this was a mistake and called today to rectify the issuewith the manager. She basically said she is the only one to take pre orders so we didn?t preorder (even though we spoke to thesupervisor the night before). She went on to say that she offered exemplary customer service and provided incredible food. Shekept referencing the discount on the order (which was due to getting multiple pizzas not to make up for their mistake). Inshort, she took no responsibility, blamed us and then was not willing to do anything until I mentioned we would go elsewhere soshe through out she would put 10% discount on our file. Too little, too late. Save yourself a headache and just go to anothergondola location. Read more
