What happened?? My once place to go for fried chicken will no longer be. ???? Spent 37.00 for 2pc of chicken and spaghetti... dinner. Chicken thigh was spicy ( ordered original ) and tasted stale ( NEVER happened before). Bought 2 BOGO mango pie specials(=4) only received 2. Thought Deluxe sandwich had bacon on it ( NOT). Ordered from them got the order wrong missing two pieces of chicken. Called the store they told me to contact doordash to get my... money back. Had some problems but doordash but they refunded the restaurant not me. So I called doordash again, they helped fillin a refund form and Jollibee is supposed to contact you within 1-2 days. Now its been over a week. So I'm out some not so greatchicken and money, while JB saved not giving me my order and keeping my money afterwards. I was in recently with my girlfriend and we both had the Deluxe Chicken Burger and fries. After placing our order, (cost was... rather expensive at $22.37), we got a beeper thing and went to find a table. There were only 4 people in the restaurant area,and yet most all tables were dirty. So, sadly, we had to clean our table with their sanitizer and cloths ourselves. That was notcool. After about 6 min., the beeper thing went off indicating our order was ready. To our surprise, once we started to eat,the burgers and fries were NOT hot, they were just "warm," and this really took away from our food experience. With the "ready"beeper thing, we expected our food was freshly cooked and would be hot. But that wasn't the case for some strange reason.Instead, the burgers and fries were lukewarm. Our chicken burgers were very, very bland, I mean VERY bland. The sauce waspractically flavorless and the seasoning on the chicken burger was equally as flavorless. I was shocked. A McChicken sandwichhas them beat by a country mile! The fries were okay, typical processed French fry taste, a cut above McDonalds, not as good asWendy's. To me they were almost identical to Burger King. Nowhere near home-made style quality like you'd get at a family burgerjoint like; George's, Cindy's, or The Burger Place. Overall I am giving Jolliebe's a rating of 3 stars our of 5. The service isslow, food is just okay, (it isn't hot to the table and seriously lacks any flavor).
