Went there this evening and the guy working was so rude. He was having a conversation with someone on his airpods. I told him my... order, asked for no ice and no sugar. He proceeded to make my tea and as I saw him pour a glass full of ice in the cup and saidexcuse me I asked for no ice, he then says, "no you didn't, well, it's too late now." He then continued to make the drink withice and says you only said no sugar. Well, if he wasn't on the phone while he was taking a customer's order I'm sure he'd hearproperly.
