After almost 7 years of being my favourite pizza joint I am now disgusted, disappointed? ordered as normal and drove across... city for a typical weekday the orders where light. Got the pizza and drove the 25 min home. To open the box to find severalstrands of long hair cooked into the pizza. I called them, explaining. I was to to come back with the pizza and they wouldprovide a money back and a new free pizza. It would be waiting for me in 20 min. Got there, pizza not ready, waited one hour asthey confused the order twice. AS I WAS WAITING I saw a staff member scanning my pizza and pulling out any hairs she saw. Thepizza was then placed in the display case and then I witnessed a gentleman purchase the entire pizza for regular price. Soafter 2.75 hours and driving back and forth to unicity twice. Tried to place an order for delivery most confusing staff. Menu on web outdated and not accurate expecting one price getting... informed that what you wanted is way more then expected. Then don't waste my time attitude from staff, never again will I call.. Read more
I ALWAYS order the Butter Chicken dish. Literally addicted. The spice is crave worthy that leaves the heat on your lips. The... flavor is explosive. The naan that comes with has only disappointed once, usually always fresh, fluffy and dusted with non-spicyIndian spices. I found out about it maybe a week and two days ago. Although the pizza n wings are a traditional central must I was really turned around by the state of the ordering entrance...was... super dirty & floors were sticky . The staff never smiled or spoke aside from rushing my order even though I was the only onethere? Was rude by standing and staring at me n rolling her eyes . Outside was filthy and had drunks that sat along the storefront asking for smokes or money. Will never go back , despite supporting the place for years when I lived down town. I ate here a few nights ago. I Ordered butter chicken pizza and a butter chicken dish. I noticed the butter chicken with rice... was very salty. My husband and I used to order from Jumbo every time we came to Winnipeg, however tonight's order was far below... standard. Soggy/raw dough 'crust', cold and hardly cooked veggies on our Supreme Pizza. Never mind, we were told one hour towait (we're at the Fairmont which is a 5 min. drive according to Google), but it took and hour and forty minutes! We used toabsolutely LOVE this place, however I don't think we will ever order from here again. So disappointed...and hungry. Read more
We had a craving for some pizza and chicken and luckily Jumbo was still open. We haven't had it before and it was great! Very... generous size for a medium and the chicken strips were delicious. Fast delivery and the driver was very nice as well. A goodprice for the combo and best yet they're open quite late. We will definitely be ordering again. Happy New Year! Read more
On a Friday night, they?re telling me to call back after 9 o?clock because they only have one delivery driver and then my friend... showed me the cockroach video place is crawling with crock roaches and only one delivery driver place is going under. Don?twaste your time with Jumbo Pizza. Read more
