Years ago when we went to kfc. We ALWAYS GOT what we ordered. Today these people were not busy what so ever. They were chatting... in another language not really caring about anything. I ordered the 9 piece special which should be 9 pieces of chicken Frenchfries and then I ordered a small gravy. Never ever have I had to look In the bag years ago. Today my mistake ?.no gravy.
